The elegant "Sumi Nagashi" wave pattern, a hallmark of Japanese cutlery culture, is a true treasure. "SRS13 is a powder high-speed steel, a type of stainless steel renowned for its exceptional hardness and wear resistance. This robust composition, combined with its high hardness, results in outstanding edge retention."
