KC-105 is a sharpener which provides ease and smoothness of the sharpening process.
Suspension feature (PAT) moves the roller up and down flexibly and ensures effortless whetting. It maintains consistent strength and is easy to use even for first-time users. The roller is suitable for both single- and double-edged knives. The wide slit accommodates blades thick to thin in width. The handle is designed longer than our previous product and is easy to grip for men with large hands.

How to use

1.Open the lid and fill the tank with water. (Water alone works well, but using dishwashing liquid or cooking oil can prolong the life of the whetstone.)

2. Close the lid firmly.
3. Grip the handle firmly on a stable work surface.
4. Place the knife in the sharpening groove and slide it back and forth horizontally against the workbench about 10 times.
(Do not press harder than necessary against the whetstone. This may damage the edge of the blade.)
5. After use, open the lid and wash the whetstone and interior thoroughly. Please note that when sharpening knives, contact with the lid (guide section) may cause sharpening marks on the knife.

Note:
1. Do not use on unstable work surface.
2. Do not use near a fire.
3. Do not use with hot water.
4 Scourer or polishing powder may cause scratches on the knife.

(The sharpener used in the video is the KC-130, not the KC-105. But the usage is the same.)
